This low-impact, highly effective workout strengthens and sculpts the entire body with a heavy focus on glutes and abs. Class is programmed to systematically target and challenge each muscle group to the point of friendly fatigue. Class will be taught in levels and is great for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

Full Body HIIT

Xavier Quimbo

This class contains a mixture of bodyweight only strength work and plyometric drills accessible to all levels. It begins with a 10 minute warm-up that blends into a 30 minute working set, and finishes with a 5 minute cool down.

10:30 am - 11:00 am

SLB Full-Body Floor

Lauren Boggi

This mat-based no equipment workout fits in classic compound combo moves to really challenge the body in 30 min. We'll begin with non-traditional abs, arms and glutes and then move to fold-over work, push-ups and more total-body sculpting on the knees.

11:15 am - 11:45 am

Functional Yoga Flow

Nicole Sciacca

This class will use rotational movement derived from the FRS system to build an intelligent and accessible practice for everyone. We will begin by setting an intention for our session and then give special attention to the wrists, hips and shoulders as we enjoy a thoughtful yoga flow. Nicole's Functional Yoga Flow will challenge you in a safe and mindful manner while providing an opportunity for mental, physical, and spiritual alignment.

Kong Fit Club was born in 2018 when dancer and fitness influencer Meagan Kong wanted to connect with her digital community in the flesh. After putting their stamp of approval on the best LA workouts, hikes, and trainers at over 90 pop-up meet ups across the city, KFC open their very own Kong Fit Clubhouse in Hollywood! Kong Fit Clubhouse is now open for small group fitness classes and special workshops each and every weekend. “We stand for consistency and accountability, recognizing that sweat is the ultimate equalizer and together we can build our best selves.”
